of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. As an undergraduate student studying Biology at UC San Diego, she volunteered and managed one of UCSD's free dental clinics. While in dental school, she continued her passion for service by becoming an active board member of the American Student Dental Association. She was appointed as coordinator of the St. Vincent de Paul Free Clinic Project, where she organized and provided treatment to underserved communities in the greater Detroit area. While there, the clinic was awarded the Pierre Fauchard Academy Foundation grant in order to double the days the students could provide free treatment to the community.

She enjoys taking hands on continuing education courses in order to stay updated in the field and is an active member of the dental community through her commitment to the American Dental Association, California Dental Association and the Indian Dental Association.
